The staff were very friendly and helpful . i appreciated the convenient location near transport links to the town center (bus stops were very close). there was also a little basket of goodies left in my room after my first night. I found that a nice touch.
the absence of hot water one morning was a bit inconvenient. it seemed like early risers used all the hot water, leaving none for later guests.

the hotel includes a functioning pub that offers meals and beverages (i tried their friday night carvery!). there are convenient bus stops very close to the hotel, allowing easy travel to nearby areas, something i value.

the double room was clean and tidy. the bathroom included a good shower, i found the water pressure satisfactory. i found the room very spacious and comfortable (especially for the price).

the staff was friendly and the building felt secure.
There was no hot water one morning, really annoying. the door handle in my room was broken, so i reported it. the shower's safety thermostat switch was also broken. This felt dangerous as the water could have scalded me.

i found the staff were very friendly and cute, what i liked most. a local, friendly environment was really appreciated and ample parking made things so easy.
the choice of breakfast was poor, especially for vegetarians and i feel it wasn't very well cooked. it looked like it had been reheated, i think.
